Florham Park, NJ - JULY 01, 2016
Philosophy IB, a boutique management consulting firm committed to helping clients execute strategy by changing the way
people work, announced today that it will offer its Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance program in
partnership with American University this Fall. According to Chris Brookfield, the program director and leader of
Philosophy IB’s executive coaching practice, “We are delighted to partner with American University to offer continuity
of this extremely successful Washington metropolitan area program (previously held at George Mason University).
American has a national academic reputation and their partnership and interest is a testament to the program’s quality
and value, and it expands the reach of the program.”
The offering of the 132-hour program, accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), begins on September 27th
and will run over the course of the next six months. The course is suited for experienced management, human resources and
executive professionals; executive coaches without a certification; and midcareer professionals with a strong interest in
developing executive coaching as a vocation. The program is offered on an open-enrollment basis, and applicants can
submit their qualifications and learn more about program structure and
content at www.philosophyib.com/leadershipcoaching.

gain a professional certificate and meet the education requirements needed to apply for one of two credentials offered
through the ICF: Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and Professional Certified Coach (PCC).
