Kristin draws on her unique background as a professional athlete to identify ways for enhancing team performance. She specializes in process design, new product development and innovation. She also enjoys motivational speaking and aiding high performing team workshops.

Prior to joining Philosophy IB, Kristin spent ten years as a professional soccer player in the United States and abroad. Leading from the goal, Kristin has been a member of multiple championship teams. Most-notably, she was a four-year member of the United States Women's National Team, winning a gold medal at the Athens Olympic Games in 2004. She was also very proud to be nominated for the ESPY Award for "World's Best Female Soccer Player".

Kristin received her BA in Geography from Dartmouth College and earned her MBA at the Darden Graduate School of Business at the University of Virginia. She is still active in the world of athletics - giving motivational speeches and coaching future soccer stars in her free time. Kristin is also a member of the Athlete Advisory Board for Z Girls, a program designed to empower girls with confidence, courage and community through the development of mental and emotional fitness in sports.
