As a former CEO for a Washington,D.C.-based multi-million dollar company, Chris is familiar with the pressures of leading individuals and teams. At Philosophy IB, Chris applies that experience to build leadership capacity in executives and translate it into peak performance for their organization.

Chris holds a BA in Psychology from Duke University and an MBA from Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia. Chris was trained and certified through The Coaches Training Institute, one of the oldest and most rigorous coaching schools in the country. He is certified as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through The International Coaching Federation (ICF), the profession's governing board.

Chris is Co-program Director and professor of "Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance," an executive coaching school at George Mason University. He has lectured at the Darden School of Business and served for three years on the Board of Directors of the Metro DC International Coach Federation.
