Arthur draws on rigorous logic, business intuition, and diverse experiences to identify the solutions that work best for the client organization. He has wide-ranging expertise in new product development, innovation, project management, training, competency modeling and internal branding, and has worked closely with cross-functional teams in consumer electronics, healthcare, consumer health, and consumer packaged goods companies.

Prior to joining Philosophy IB, Arthur worked and studied in many different areas of the healthcare industry. He studied medicine and completed several hospital rotations before leaving medical school to work for a healthcare start-up that specialized in internet-based patient recruiting for clinical trials. There he re-engineered the data collection and database methodology for tens of thousands of clinical trials.

When he is not at work helping Fortune 500 companies improve their efficiency and effectiveness, he enjoys fine-tuning his high-performance car and custom-built computer for greater speed and power.
